Welcome to CameraPlusOne! Digital Photography is one of my hobbies, and I’m using this forum to share my pictures with everyone. I created CameraPlusOne using WordPress and the AutoFocus+ Pro theme. I wanted something that I could use to showcase my photos without having to deal with any code. The original plan was to roll up my sleeves and update the theme using my php knowledge, but the original author thought of it all. The theme really has all I need to manage my blog.
A little bit about me…My name is Adrian and I’m still relatively new to the digital photography world. Photography is one of my latest hobbies, and for now it’s just a way to express myself. I have a lot to learn when it comes to techniques, but hopefully that comes with more practice. I’m using this site in conjunction with Flickr to share my pictures with my family and friends; I wanted something more official than posting a facebook album. I’m currently living in the San Francisco Bay area. I’m currently shooting with a Canon Rebel t1i with a Tamron Hybrid lense and a Canon 50mm lense. Camera manufacturers are slowly becoming like computer manufactures, but I don’t plan to upgrade until I decide to purchase a full-frame professional camera. I take most of my pictures in raw and then develop them in Adobe Lightroom, so the date posted normally won’t translate to the date I took the pictures.
I’ll be updating this blog occasionally with new pictures and entries. You might see a random entry about something not related to photography, but for the most part I’ll stick to just that.
